Mrs. Shany Jalal is a Graduate in Hotel Management from AlAmeen College of Management – Bangalore. Her determination, hard work and sheer business sense are the essential ingredients for a successful business venture is her tag line as a Managing Director, Service care Limited, Shany Jalal has been an entrepreneur since 1997. Soon after bachelor’s academics, not the one to sit by and wait for things to happen, with an infectious energy and passion started Service care, providing soft services to corporates. Self-spear headed the development and growth of the standalone startup Service care and in 13 years incorporated to Service care Private Limited.

Executive Director & CFO

Mr. Amit Kumar Rakhecha is an MBA (PGD) in Finance and marketing from MDU, Rohtak. He is an accomplished and well-versed Businessman with rounded experience from establishing new business units from ground zero, leading business units, driving revenue and P&L. He has done extensive experience in structuring large and complex deals at CXX level. His strengths are Building high energy teams, setting up robust processes, and finding optimal solutions to deliver business value. Amit has a Broad and in-depth knowledge on IT Products and services, and Staffing solutions and services. He believes in Alliances, managing competitive landscape, taking calculated risk, understanding of legal, operational, compliances and regulatory prerequisites. He has set up and is successfully running a few companies in India and Abroad. He is successfully Sustaining and Managing Biz Eco system Change. He has an expertise in Planning Sales & Go To Market Strategy, Running Large Sales Organizations and Verticalization of Business Units.


Independent Director

Mr. Bhrath Kumar Jain is currently the Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants, a holder of Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of wales in the year 2013. He is Proficient in analyzing company performances, conducting benchmark study/trend analysis and using various business tools to assist the critical decision making. Proficient in designing and implementing financial systems to facilitate enhanced financial control and make the business process more robust. He is Currently working as Associate Director of K2D Multidisciplinary Service Private Limited, a PAN India company providing Corporate, legal, secretarial and taxation services also working as Proprietor of B K J & Company a Practicing Chartered Accountant’s firm


Independent Director

Mr. Ajay Kumar Bantia is currently the fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law graduate from Karnataka State Law University. He is acting as an Alternate Director in a Non-Banking Financial Company, headquartered in Chennai. He is Designated Partner of AKB & Associates Company Secretaries LLP, where the firm is providing a wide gamut of services to a wide network of clients all over India in matters relating to the Company Law and other Corporate and allied Laws. The firm plays a pro-active role in its service support to new ventures and to existing companies as well.


Independent Director

Mrs. Pushpy B Muricken is currently the fellow member with Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a Law graduate from Govt. Law college Ernakulam. She is having one proprietorship firm, which is into operation from the year 2011. Major activities undertaken by the firm is cost audit activities across various segments covering services & manufacturing. Major clientele is from 99 the area of health services. Other activities include internal audits, business consultancy, tax consultancy, pricing strategies, GST & IT services.


Anuroop S S

General Manager

Anuroop S S has had a remarkable professional journey within the Servicecare organization, demonstrating his commitment, expertise, and versatility. He began his career in 1996 after graduating from Kerala University when he joined Servicecare.

In 2003, Anuroop transitioned to Servicecare’s Chennai branch, taking on the role of Operations Manager. In 2011, Anuroop joined Servicecare Pvt Ltd, a significant milestone in career as Office Manager. Exemplary performance and dedication further promoted to the position of National Head of Payroll Services. Leveraging his expertise in payroll management, overseeing payroll operations on a national scale. He demonstrated a strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and the ability to provide accurate and timely payroll services to clients across the country.

Currently, Anuroop holds the esteemed position of General Manager at Service Care Limited. As the General Manager, he holds a leadership role, overseeing multiple aspects of the company’s operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring overall organizational success. His extensive experience in different roles within Servicecare, coupled with his ability to adapt and excel in various functions, makes him a valuable asset to the company.

Head of Business Operations

Daniel Wilson comes with 20+ years of experience in Integrated Facility Management with an overall experience of 33 + years of rich experience and has managed the P&L for the Big verticals for many years. Prior to Service Care Limited, he was associated with most of the leading MNC- IFM companies like Sodexo, ISS, Knight Frank, JLL, Compass. SME in Facility Management involving the latest trends of the industry in Soft Skills, Hard skills, Energy & Water management, EHS as a culture. His experience comes in handy managing small to large customer along with his team of account managed. With High client retention rate, he is the Man to go with confidence for penetration of new market and solidification of existing market

Mr. Michael Hoover

Mr. Mohan

Head – Payroll & HRMS

Mohan kumar has been employed at Service Care Ltd as a Head HR, Payroll & Compliance. Bringing 21 years of experience in Human Resource Management and a passion for making a difference. Making the world and having worked mostly in the area of Human Resources for small businesses, Educational Institutions, F&B, Security Industry etc., He is very familiar with Payroll, Compliance, Compensation & Benefits and training. He is exclusively experienced in the areas of developing company culture and mediating disputes. Mohan kumar earned an HR certification from XLRI and SHRM. He also holds MBA with Engineering background.

Mr. Puneet Pranam Ekka

Mr. Puneet Pranam Ekka is an MBA-Finance from Assumption University – Thailand. Possesses work experience including international, of 15+ years in multiple sectors as FMCG, Staffing / Recruitment, Background verification and Facility management. Earlier part of his professional career, he was engaged with Finance & secondary research. Shifted his attention towards business development few years later and has being in sales, since then. Focused towards connecting to the market needs and maximizing the profitability at both ends.
