Anuroop SS

Chief Business Officer

Anuroop SS has had a remarkable professional journey within the Servicecare organization, demonstrating his commitment, expertise, and versatility. He began his career in 1996 after graduating from Kerala University when he joined Servicecare.

In 2003, Anuroop transitioned to Servicecare’s Chennai branch, taking on the role of Operations Manager. By 2011, Anuroop’s exemplary performance and dedication led him to join Servicecare Pvt Ltd as an Office Manager. His continued excellence earned him a promotion to the position of National Head of Payroll Services, where he leveraged his expertise in payroll management to oversee payroll operations on a national scale. He demonstrated a strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and the ability to provide accurate and timely payroll services to clients across the country.

Currently, Anuroop holds the esteemed position of Chief Business Officer at Servicecare Limited. As the CBO, he oversees multiple aspects of the company’s operations, drives strategic initiatives, and ensures overall organizational success. His extensive experience in different roles within Servicecare, coupled with his ability to adapt and excel in various functions, makes him a valuable asset to the company.

Rizwan S Sawant

Senior Vice-President, Workspace Division

A versatile leader and dedicated professional, with over two decades of experience in operations and management within the food and facility services industry, both in India and overseas. He has a proven track record of handling a diverse range of operations, business development, P&L, cost analysis, and compliance. Renowned for his excellent man management skills, he has effectively managed large workforces to achieve desired results. People development, training, and growth have been key areas of his expertise. As a capable business driver, he has successfully grown businesses from start-up levels.

Throughout his career, he has honed essential skills for the hospitality and facility management sector, including operations management, customer relationship management, team leadership and training, facility maintenance and management, budgeting and cost control, strategic planning, and business development. Continuously committed to professional development, he stays updated with industry trends and best practices. Outside of work, he enjoys farming, traveling, and reading. With a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and optimizing facility operations, he looks forward to leveraging his skills and experience to contribute to future endeavors in the industry.

Mohan Kumar

Head – Payroll & HRMS

Service Care Ltd is thrilled to have Mohan Kumar on board as the Head of Human Resources, Payroll, and Compliance. With a remarkable 22 years of experience in HR, Mohan brings a depth of knowledge and expertise that will undoubtedly benefit the company.

Mohan’s extensive career has spanned various industries, including small businesses, education, food and beverage, and security services. His areas of expertise include payroll management, compliance, compensation and benefits, training, and cultural development. Notably, he is also a skilled mediator with a proven track record of resolving disputes effectively.

Mohan’s impressive credentials include HR certifications from XLRI and SHRM, as well as an MBA degree with an engineering background. His wealth of experience and qualifications make him a valuable asset to the Service Care Ltd team.

In his role, Mohan will drive HR initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop strategies to fuel business growth. His passion for creating a positive impact and inspiring his team will undoubtedly resonate throughout the organization.

Arputha Parimala Christie

Group Head – Admin, Internal HR

A Versatile and Experienced professional with over 20 years of handling Administration, HR, Sales, Marketing & Customer Support, in various MNC’s like Sumeet Auto, Acer India Pvt Ltd, Makino India Pvt Ltd, QSC India Pvt Ltd and also tried hands being an Entrepreneur . With a strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, successfully managed the various roles and supported the company operations. Demonstrated the ability to drive revenue growth and reach target audiences through strategic planning and execution. A reliable and adaptable individual who excels in multiple areas of business operations.

Currently heading the Admin, Internal HR and Corporate communication. Consistently strive to exceed expectations and deliver results that contribute to the overall success of the company.

Ravi Kant Jain

Business Head Delhi NCR & Northeast

Mr. Ravi Jain, a Commerce postgraduate from the class of 2006, boasting over 17 years of extensive experience in Retail Banking Operations, Sales, and Personnel Management, notably with HDFC Bank and Equitas Small Finance Bank. Mr. Jain’s commitment to mentoring and aiding others has been instrumental in fostering successful teams that mutually support one another.

His primary focus revolves around enhancing team productivity through the implementation of strategic project management methodologies, while also ensuring a healthy work-life balance within his department. Mr. Jain’s passion, dedication, and drive for operational improvement make him an invaluable asset to any organization seeking to enhance its performance.
